Our gowns are custom-created, individually for each bride, to
her measurements and specifications. For this reason, we can accommodate any size, from petite to plus-size, and
any design or fabric changes you desire.
Keep in mind that in the fashion market, availability of
fabrics and trims is constantly in flux. At times, our fabrics or trims may be on back order for several months,
or some styles may be discontinued with no notice to us. If this occurs, we generally have several other options
for you to choose from. So, when you are dreaming about your gown, please remember that fabrics and trims are subject
to availability. If you are drawn to a particular fabric or trim in our photos, please use our contact page and we will be happy to confirm availability for you or give you other alternatives to choose from.
We generally require 60-90 days to bring each
order to completion.
We realize that your wedding gown is a very important purchase for your special day. Through our experiences over
past years, we have learned that the way to provide the best possible service and to make sure that we are hearing
what each bride wants, is to work directly with them rather than going through stores.
We have developed a very successful mail order program to facilitate this. Once we know which gown you are interested
in, we can send or email you the necessary forms for ordering the gown.
There are three forms:
· an order form,
· contract,
· and a detailed measurement sheet for you to fill out,
and since the gown will be made to these measurements, we recommend that you have them taken by a professional
seamstress or tailor in your area.
Of course, to achieve the perfect fit that every bride wants, it is best to have minor alterations, like hem changes,
completed locally once you receive the gown. We can also send fabric swatches to you can see the actual fabrics
your gown will be created of.
Because of the constant flux and flow of fashion, sometimes the fabrics and trims we used in the original samples
on our website are no longer available, but we have others we are currently using.
To place an order, we ask for the three completed forms to be either faxed or emailed to us along with a down payment
of at least half the cost of the gown. The balance on the gown plus shipping is due when the gown is ready to be
shipped. Or, we offer an option of paying the full amount when ordering the gown and we will cover the cost of
shipping. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. If you prefer to send personal
checks, please allow 10 days for the check to clear.
Prices for these handcrafted, custom-made gowns
start at approximately $2,000. A $35 sample-collection
fee is non-refundable, but will be applied to the price of a gown if one is commissioned.
The $35 sample fee provides you with a custom Design Packet which includes a composite sketch, suggested fabric
swatches, and a bid of the cost.
To receive your Design Packet, email us with a description or photos of your ideal dream dress, or photos of gowns
with elements that you want and we will put together your custom Design Packet.
